Guaranteed Authenticity
We stand behind the authenticity of every fossil, mineral, and meteorite we offer. Our team works only with trusted and reputable suppliers, and we personally verify each specimen using our extensive knowledge and experience. While we, on rare occasions, also offer reproduction fossils, these are clearly labeled as replicas and displayed in a separate section of our website should they be available.
If you ever discover that an item’s authenticity has been misrepresented, you may return it at any time for a full refund—no time limit applies. This guarantee is in addition to our 30-day return policy, which allows returns for any reason.
Physical Certificates
We do not include physical certificates with our specimens. Instead, we ensure authenticity by sourcing exclusively from reputable, established dealers and collectors with proven track records.
Meteorites: All our meteorite suppliers are registered members of the International Meteorite Collectors Association (IMCA), whose members uphold the highest standards in meteorite identification, labeling, and trade integrity. The IMCA community actively monitors its members to maintain these standards.
Fossils: Our fossils are obtained from trusted partners with whom we’ve built relationships over the past 13 years. We also personally attend the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show each year to hand-select fossils directly from our suppliers, ensuring that we offer only authentic specimens.
Minerals: Our mineral specimens are sourced from artisanal miners and trusted wholesalers across South Africa, Namibia, Madagascar, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and other regions of Southern Africa. For minerals from other parts of the world, we source directly at the Tucson Mineral Show.
Moldavite: Our Moldavite specimens are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the Czech Republic, the only region in the world where authentic Moldavite is found. We purchase these pieces from a trusted Czech seller whom we meet with personally at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show each year. Their material is ethically collected and verified for authenticity before export. We take great care to ensure that all Moldavite offered by Forever Gems is natural, unaltered, and not imitation glass, allowing our customers to buy with complete confidence.
Gemstone Jewellery: All jewellery pieces offered by Forever Gems are set with natural gemstones, unless clearly stated otherwise. Some gemstones may have undergone traditional enhancement methods, such as heat treatment, to improve their color or clarity — a standard and accepted practice within the gem trade. These treatments do not affect the stone’s authenticity. Every gem we use remains 100% natural, ensuring that your jewellery contains genuine, earth-formed treasures of lasting beauty and value.
