We proudly use The Courier Guy for all shipments within South Africa.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know it’s on its way together with tracking number.

Prefer to use your own courier? No problem!
We will notify you when your order is ready — simply provide:

- The courier company name

- Collection date and time

Your courier can collect from our premises in Wellington, South Africa.

You’re always welcome to collect your order in person!

Open for collections on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

- 🎪 Franschhoek Village Market
Collections available on Saturdays (weather permitting).
Please check in advance that the market is open.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally using FedEx, delivering our authentic fossils, minerals, and meteorites worldwide.
Please note that some regions may be excluded due to logistical limitations.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
To view your rate:

1. Add your items to the cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your delivery address — if shipping is available for your country, your rate will appear instantly.

✈️ Arrange Your Own International Shipping

If you prefer, you can organize your own courier.
Once your order is ready:

- We will notify you via email.

- You can arrange collection from Wellington, South Africa.

- We will assist with any required documentation such as invoices.

Please communicate your shipping details with our team before collection.

⚖️ Import Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs that may apply in their country.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the buyer upon import.
