At Forever Gems, every treasure is packed with care and shipped to reach you safely — whether you’re in South Africa or across the globe.

We ship nationwide with The Courier Guy. Choose from Overnight or Economy service at checkout, plus Pudo Locker delivery. You’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Collect In Person
Prefer to pick up? We’d love to meet you.
- Wellington, SA: We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.
- Franschhoek Store: Collections Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
- Franschhoek Village Market: Saturdays, weather permitting. Please confirm the market is open before visiting.
Your Own Courier
Happy to use your courier. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection from Wellington, SA. Just send us the courier name, date, and time.
🌍 International
We ship worldwide with FedEx, though some regions may be excluded due to logistics. Shipping options and availability show at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
You can also arrange your own international courier. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and help with any required export documents.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur duties or taxes set by your country. These aren’t included in our prices and are payable by the buyer on import.
Packaging & Tracking
All specimens are securely packaged to protect them in transit. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is dispatched.
