Where is my order?

Every ForeverGems order comes with a unique order-status link sent directly to your inbox the moment your order is confirmed. Once your parcel ships, the same link updates in real time so you can follow every step of its journey.

How to track your order

1. Check your email – Open the shipping confirmation email from ForeverGems. The subject line is usually "Your ForeverGems order is on its way".
2. Click "Track your order" – The button in the email takes you directly to your live order-status page. No account or password needed.
3. Follow your parcel – Your order-status page shows your current shipping status, estimated delivery date, and a direct link to your courier's tracking page.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Still stuck? Our team is happy to help — reach out via our Contact page and include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for your confirmation email to arrive, and up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update on the courier's website.
