This elegant mineral specimen from Namibia's renowned Erongo Region showcases a beautiful combination of Black Tourmaline (Schorl), shimmering Muscovite, and well-formed Goshenite crystals. The contrast between the dark, vertically striated tourmaline and the delicate pale minerals creates a striking and highly collectible display.

The specimen is anchored by a robust Schorl crystal displaying the characteristic parallel striations and deep black colour for which tourmaline is known. Draped across the upper portion of the crystal is a sparkling coating of silvery-gold Muscovite, whose delicate platy crystals add texture and brilliance. Emerging from the mica-rich matrix are several transparent Goshenite crystals, the rare colourless variety of beryl, providing a beautiful contrast against the darker host mineral.

The combination of strong crystal form, contrasting colours, and multiple well-crystallised mineral species makes this a particularly attractive cabinet miniature from one of Africa's most celebrated mineral localities.

Its occurrence alongside Black Tourmaline and Muscovite is highly characteristic of the complex pegmatites that have made the Erongo Region famous among mineral collectors worldwide.

With its impressive crystal architecture, attractive mineral association, and excellent locality, this specimen is a fine example of the exceptional treasures produced by Namibia's legendary Erongo mountains.
