🦈 Otodus Obliquus Shark Tooth

Around 60–45 million years ago, during the Paleocene and Eocene epochs, the mighty Otodus obliquus cruised the warm oceans that covered much of the Earth. Growing to an estimated 9–10 metres (30–33 feet) in length, it was one of the first giant apex predators to appear after the extinction of the dinosaurs.

Although Otodus obliquus eventually disappeared around 45 million years ago, it occupies a crucial place in evolutionary history. It is widely regarded as one of the ancestors of the famous Megalodon, helping scientists trace the evolution of the world's largest predatory sharks.

🦀 Calymene Trilobite

Long before dinosaurs, mammals, or even trees, trilobites dominated Earth's ancient seas. Calymene lived approximately 443–419 million years ago during the Silurian Period and belonged to one of the most successful groups of arthropods ever to exist.
